Landscapes of Light: Introducing Dots Outdoor

Planted as a single star in the darkness, or combined to create a striking constellation of beams and halos, Dots Outdoor is as versatile as its indoor counterpart. Designed by Martín Azúa, the collection consists of a range of compact, cylindrical luminaires that integrate into any outdoor environment, offering subtle, diffuse illumination across vertical and horizontal planes.

Dots Outdoor provides professionals with the tools to shape the landscape as desired, using points of light to gently illuminate an extensive area of outdoor space.

The luminaires can be composed individually, to enhance a particular feature, or collectively, to create a harmony of light that blends with the landscape and plays on a synthesis of the natural and artificial.

Dots Outdoor is designed to nestle discreetly into the undergrowth of a garden or patio. Rather than drawing your eye away from the existing architecture or vegetation, the collection comes in three elegant and natural tones that easily integrate with walling, decking, plants or gravel.

At night Dots Outdoor comes alive with an enchanting luminosity, emitting a soft, low-level glow from an invisible source. Settled neatly into the ground with their technical components concealed from view, the bollards are each carved with an opening that reflects light from the inside, allowing the designer to play with the direction of light and create a dialogue of beams between multiple fixtures.
