Blurring the line between form and function, nature and artifice the Bamboo outdoor lamps are a practical way to illuminate vertical surfaces, paths and open areas. Inspired by the forest blue bell the Brisa collection designed by Lievore, Altherr, Molina can be grouped in bunches or stand alone. The shade recreates the flower’s bell shape, permanently opened, that throws a warm but intense light downwards. The matt finish makes it easy to integrate Brisa with either the garden or landscaped terrace. The Meridiano collection by Jordi Vilardell & Meritxell Vila captures patterns of geometric lines over lawns, walls and patio paving The floor version is furniture and lighting combined and doubles as a useful stool or side table. Bringing an indoor designer flourish to exterior terraces and gardens the Wind collection of floor and pendant lamps is designed by Jordi Vilardell. The play on words, referring to the wrapped fibreglass tape and the breeze passing through the exaggerated volumes, perfectly captures the possibilities of gentle summer evenings spent outside.
