Vibia’s Halo Jewel hanging lamp was named best light in the 2021 annual Hospitality Design (HD) Awards. The high-profile honours celebrate the most innovative project and product design around the world. Project and product winners have been announced during the 17th annual HD Awards ceremony in New York.

Nodding to its namesake, Halo presents light as a precious ornament. The design by Martín Azúa features both circular and linear styles, its spare shapes suspended in space like delicate bijou on a necklace.

The luminaire is affixed to the ceiling by a length of slender, artisan-crafted steel in a choice of gleaming gold or sleek black finishes.

Adorning the LED-powered diffusers like accents, the steel armature enhances the ornamental look of the lamps while it secures and sets off the minimalist lights like a jewelry setting.
