GRUPO T DIFFUSION informs you that the access to and use of the web page https://www.vibia.com and all the sub-domains and directories included under the same (henceforth, jointly known as the “Portal”), as well as the products or services which may be obtained across it, are subject to the terms that are detailed under this Legal Notice, without prejudice to that the access to any of the said products or services may require the acceptance of some additional General Conditions.
Therefore, if the considerations detailed in this Legal Notice are not to your suiting, we urge you not to use the Portal, considering that any use that is made of the same or the services included therein will imply the acceptance of the legal terms contained herein.
The Portal has as its aim the promotion of GRUPO T DIFFUSION’s own commercial activities, as far as the information contained within it is concerned, except where as manifested to the contrary, it is only said informative purposes or, in its case, a mere invitation to treat and no way constitutes a binding offer. No link to any web page or to an email address at the Portal will be permitted, except by express authorisation in writing by GRUPO T DIFFUSION. Virus: : GRUPO T DIFFUSION commits itself to applying all the measures necessary to try to guarantee to the User the absence of viruses, worms, Trojan horses and the like in its Portal. Nevertheless, these measures are not infallible and, for that reason, GRUPO T DIFFUSION cannot totally assure the absence of said harmful elements. GRUPO T DIFFUSION S.A affirms its respect for and fulfilment of the provisions brought together under the Ley Orgánica (Constitutional Law) 15/1999, of the 13th December, for the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature and implementing provisions. The Company informs you that its personal data introduced via the Internet page https://www.vibia.com (henceforth, the “Portal”), as well as those that may be supplied in the future within the framework of your relationship with this entity, will be collected in the files belonging to the Company, who will also be the addressee of the data.
