Designers Choose Vibia Lights for Luxury San Francisco Condominium Lounge

Located in San Francisco’s Rincon Hill neighborhood, the premier Infinity Towers condominium complex recently renovated its Club Lounge courtesy of Bayon Design Studio, Inc. The firm updated this common area with the goal of creating an amenity space that acts as an extension of the luxury apartments.

Designed as a place for residents to both work and relax, Bayon aimed for a feeling of contemporary comfort with clean-lined furnishings and lighting by Vibia.

Above the fully equipped bar, they selected the Slim pendant by Jordi Vilardell. The elegant tapers are suspended in a series, serving as a sleek boundary to set off the bar like an illuminated boundary in the open space.

Its streamlined silhouette is fit with pressed-glass diffusers that bathe the counter in a twinkling pool of light, while the black finish nods to the bar seats and accent colors in the common room.

Hovering over the dining table, Bayon deployed a trio of Arik Levy’s Wireflow Volumetric pendants. The large-scale luminaires anchor this central spot with striking, three-dimensional forms rendered in black electrical wire and capped with LED terminals.

The minimalist fixtures evoke an industrial-modern mood with three distinct designs that draw attention to the eating area. The airy outlines are both delicate and dramatic, adding sculptural presence while allowing full view of the loftlike space.
